Is this your experience? LANDS END SCAM at Happy Returns. Until Proven Otherwise, Happy Returns scans only a fraction of your return to Lands End, pretending to scan the rest. Lands End acknowledges receipt of these few items and pockets the money you paid for the rest. This is based on my experience 4/2/25. I did not check the receipt at Happy Returns. Never been scammed before If Happy Returns ships back to Lands End all items you intended to return, Lands End reaps $100 for a $20 item if it cycles through 5 times. My guess is that Lands End pays Happy Returns for this service.

Slightly over a year ago i purchased a lands end men's down jacket at my local sears store. because our winter was so mild last year i did not wear this jacket. with the advent of winter in indiana, i got the jacket out to wear and quickly that the jacket's plastic -way zipper had a mind of its own, opening spontaneously from the bottom whenever. pretty exciting when it opens during a winter gust! i do not have a sales receipt for this jacket. best case is having the zipper replaced by the guy who does my alterations. when i took the jacket to sears recently the l/e rep told me without a receipt he could not help me; further, he had nothing on the floor that matched this 600 power jacket. before i take it to the seamstress, however, i thought i would ask if l/e corporate would be willing to make it good.

Is lands end clothing no longer sold online through the sear's website?

Purchased knit pull on pants one year ago. they became baggy in the knees very fast and i now only wear around the house. is there a way to shrink them back to "new" size? i won't bother to return them. how about "starfish" stretch pull on pants, bagging out at knees??
