What happened: The problem: I ended iup calling and had better results. All takencare of.
What happened: I returned a defective winter jacket about **** months ago. Land's End would not replace it. I sent it back because they were to send me a gift card or *credit my Visa.
What happened: We haven’t seen credit on the credit card for returned item. mailed February **, ****. Joanne Dvorak. customer number.*****-****-* . item number returned.******* ***
What happened: I have a pair of Lands End jeans that I love, BUT my daughter bought them for me and I don’t know which ones they are on your site. I want to order more of them, but don’t want to order the wrong ones. Is there a number on this inside tag that can help?
What happened: My payment is due on the *th of the month so I paid it - at *:** PM EST completely unaware of the *:** EST curfew on my payment vs being charged a $**.** late fee despite receiving a conformation receipt dated ********. What the heck? They want it both ways. But it's okay for them to sit on a significant refund for **-** days collecting interest in the LE bank account before crediting my account? Help, please. It's more the principle of dealing with a sketchy system as opposed to the fee (though $**.** is a chunk of change) that has me spinning! This is a perfect example of why President Biden is determined to eliminate late payment charges and ridiculous fees that consumers are forced to pay. *Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and guidance.*Eileen Roach *Greenfield, MA *****I would like the $**.** late payment removed from my Land's End bill and the refund credited to my account sooner rather than later.
What happened: My printer isn't working, but my Tablet screen shows Lands End as coming up as an EVRI retailer on the EVRI website for Returns. However, when I went down to the Library to print the returns label on a public computer, the EVRI website did not recognise Lands End at all, so I was unable to pay EVRI and print a label. The Live Chat person called Jon said that without a Smartphone I could not do the Return using the QR Code. I did notice that Johnsons the Dry Cleaners can print an EVRI label if you pay them the returns fee - is that correct?
What happened: My name is Hortensia Galvis. I had a chat with a lady there and she gave a number i need. I tried to copy it but the computer did not copy it . May i see the chat please
